Registered Massage Therapy
RMTs are dedicated to treating your symptoms of pain and dysfunction, including the underlying causes treating deeper structures of the body such as ligaments, bones and joints, fascia, blood vessels, organs and other soft tissues of the body. All our therapists are registered.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy rehabilitates patients through an injury or the effects of disease or disability with therapeutic exercise programs and other proven interventions to ultimately configure the adequate treatment plan for each condition. Moreover, mentor patients to prevent re-occurrence, re-injury or functional decline
Chiropractor
Chiropractic care is a drug-free, non-invasive treatment supporting the body’s musculoskeletal (MSK) system and associated neurological function, primarily by providing comprehensive, evidence-informed manual therapy. Chiropractic care is primarily a hands-on, non-invasive and drugless practice that is safe and effective for the management of MSK conditions – from small children to elderly adults to pregnant women to Olympic athletes. MSK conditions can range in severity from minor sprains and strains to back and neck pain to disc herniations and spinal stenosis. As mentioned, MSK conditions can be mild or severe but they can also be acute or chronic, common or rare, and localized to one body region or widespread. MSK conditions come in all shapes and sizes and chiropractors are here to help.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the main forms of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. It involves the use of sharp, thin needles that are inserted in the body at very specific points. This process is believed to adjust and alter the body's energy flow into healthier patterns, and is used to treat a wide variety of illnesses and health conditions.
Kinesiologist
Kinesiologists specialize in exercise therapy helping those who suffer from musculoskeletal injuries. By working one-on-one with patients, they can help their clients overcome pain and injury. They use their background in science, anatomy, biomechanics, psychology and neuroscience to help clients resolve their muscular imbalances to help alleviate any symptoms they are experiencing and rehabilitate post injury.
Body Worker (Non Registered Massage)
Body Worker (Non Registered Massage) is performed by a Massage Therapy student who has finished their accredited schooling and awaiting to do their British Columbia board exams. You cannot claim your treatment on your benefits plan as the technician is not registered yet.
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) are highly qualified counsellors who belong to the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and meet stringent, masters-level education and training standards. Registered Clinical Counsellors can help you work through life’s greatest challenges, especially during these unprecedented times. Registered Clinical Counsellors are mental health professionals and can assess and treat mental health conditions, and provide individual or group therapy.
Physiotherapist Led Kinesiology
Due note, this is a Kinesiology session - supervised by a Physiotherapist yet instructed by our licensed Kinesiologist. This is appointment is for subsequent treatments only, please inquire with reception if this is your first visit. ICBC claims not eligible for this appointment.
